Né en 1980. Il a étudié l’Histoire contemporaine à l’Université de Paris X Nanterre où il a obtenu en 2007 un Master en « Histoire politique et des représentations ». En 2008, il obtient le Master de réalisation de documentaire et valorisation des archives à l’Université de Bordeaux III.
Après un parcours dans le documentaire où il a travaillé les archives audiovisuelles de films traitant d’immigration, d’exil, de colonialisme ou de luttes sociales, il s’oriente en parallèle vers le journalisme.
Depuis 2008, il est impliqué dans l’association Mémoire vive / Memória viva qui recueille et transmet la mémoire de l’immigration portugaise en France. En 2019, il est commissaire de l’exposition Refuser la guerre coloniale qui rend compte de l’exil parisien des déserteurs portugais de la guerre coloniale.
En 2021, il réalise le court-métrage Transit, dans le cadre d’une résidence du GREC au Musée national d’histoire de l’immigration.
En 2022, son long-métrage Les mains invisibles fait sa première au festival Doc Lisboa.
